fa ارتباط سبک های دلبستگی و عوامل مرتبط به آن در سالمندان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سبک دل‌بستگی نقش مهمی در تداوم زندگی فعال در دوران سالمندی دارد که شانس بقا و زندگی افراد را افزایش می‌دهد و در کاهش تنیدگی و آثار نامطلوب زندگی مؤثر است. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر بررسی ارتباط سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مشارکت‌کنندگان 235سالمند بودندکه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از کانون‌های بازنشستگان شهرستان ساری انتخاب شدند. ابزار مطالعه شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های دموگرافیک و سبک دل‌بستگی هزن و شیور (1987) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 21 با انجام آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی در سطح ٠/٠5> </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">51/9 درصد شرکت‌کنندگان این مطالعه زن بودند. میانگین سن شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 6/9</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;68</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">/2 سال با دامنه سنی 89-60 سال بود. متوسط امتیاز الگوی سبک دل‌بستگی سالمندان 6/7</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">45/3 بود. بالاترین میانگین در انواع سبک‌های دل‌بستگی سالمندان مربوط به ‌دل‌بستگی ایمن (3/3</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">16/5) و کم‌ترین میانگین مربوط به ‌دل‌بستگی اجتنابی (4/7</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">13/6) بود. اکثر سالمندان موردپژوهش (38/7 درصد) دارای سبک‌دل بستگی ایمن بودند. سبک ‌دل‌بستگی دوسوگرا (18/7 درصد) بیش‌ترین سبک در زنان سالمند موردمطالعه بود. بیش‌ترین سبک ‌دل‌بستگی سالمندان مرد، سبک ‌دل‌بستگی ایمن (20/4 درصد) بود. اختلاف معناداری بین سبک ‌دل‌بستگی سالمندان تحت پوشش کانون‌های بازنشستگان شهرستان ساری در متغیر وضعیت تأهل، وضعیت خانوادگی، وضعیت توانایی حرکتی جسمانی وجود داشت (0/05></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تأمین حمایت‌های گسترده‌ی روانی و اجتماعی در دوران سالمندی می‌تواند سبک‌ دل‌بستگی ایمن در سالمندان را فراهم نماید و درنتیجه در مقابله و سازگاری با حوادث ناگوار زندگی مؤثر باشد و در شناخت بهتر و پیش‌بینی وضعیت نگرش و رضایت‌مندی سالمندان مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Attachment style plays an important role in the continuity of active life in the elderly, which increases the chance of survival and life as well as reduces stress and adverse effects of life. The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and their related factors in older adults.<br> <strong>METHODS<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Participants were 235 elders, selected using stratified random sampling from Retirement Centers in Sari. Data were collected using demographic questionnaire and Hazan and Shaver&rsquo;s Attachment Style Questionnaire&nbsp; (1987). Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 through descriptive and inferential tests at P<0.05.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> Totally, 51.9% of the participants were women. The mean age of the participants in the current study was 68.2 &plusmn; 6.9 years with a range of 60-89 years. The mean score of the pattern of attachment style was 45.3 &plusmn; 6.7. The highest and lowest means in attachment styles of elderly were related to secure attachment (16.5 &plusmn; 3.3) and avoidant attachment (13.6 &plusmn; 4.7), respectively. Most of the elderly (38.7%) had secure attachment. The most common attachment style was ambivalent (18.7%) in the female elderly and secure (20.4%) in the male elderly. There was a significant difference among the elderly under support of Sari Retirement Centers in terms of attachment styles in marital status, family status and physical activity status (P > 0.05).<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Providing widespread psychological and social support during aging can provide a secure attachment style for the elderly, which can be effective in coping with and adapting to life-threatening events and can be used to better understand and predict the attitude and satisfaction of the elderly.<br> &nbsp; سالمند, سبک دل‌بستگی, ایمن, اجتنابی, دوسوگرا.
