fa حمایت اجتماعی خانواده و رضایت از زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیماران مبتلا به سرطان با مجموعه‌ای از چالش‌ها مواجه می‌شوند که می‌تواند بر حمایت&shy;های خانواده و در نهایت رضایت از زندگی تأثیرگذار باشد لذا این پژوهش باهدف تعیین ارتباط حمایت اجتماعی خانواده با رضایت از زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، بر روی 76 نفر از کلیه بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان امام سجاد (ع) رامسر در سال 1396 انجام گردید. روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری بوده و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل:1-مشخصات دموگرافیک 2- پرسشنامه رضایت زندگی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SWLS(satisfaction with life scale) </span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">3-پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی خانواده در بیماری مزمن (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Functional Social Support Questionnaire</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">FSSQ</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) می‌باشد. یافته‌ها با نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 19 و آزمون‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس، تی تست، پیرسون و رگرسیون تحلیل گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته ها نشان داد که نمرات کلی حمایت اجتماعی خانواده در حد بسیارخوب (با میانگین و انحراف معیار 36/42</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">256/16) و میزان رضایت از زندگی در حد متوسط (با میانگین و انحراف معیار 6/53</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">21/79) بوده است. بین نمرات کل حمایت اجتماعی خانواده با رضایت از زندگی ارتباط معنا داری وجود داشت (0/002=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و </span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">0</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">/375=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). بر اساس آزمون رگرسیون خطی حمایت عاطفی خانواده به عنوان عامل تعیین کننده میزان رضایت زندگی بوده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بر اساس پژوهش حاضر، حمایت&shy;های اجتماعی خانواده یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت از زندگی بیماران است، اما کافی به نظر نمی‌رسد زیرا با</span></span> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اینکه حمایت اجتماعی خانواده بالابود اما رضایت زندگی در حد متوسط بوده است و پیشنهاد می‌شود که برای افزایش رضایت از زندگی پژوهش‌های بیشتری در این زمینه انجام شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Cancer patients encounter with series of challenges that can affect family support and eventually life satisfaction. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and life satisfaction in cancer patients.<br> <strong>METHODS<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 76 patients, referred to the Department of Oncology of Imam Sajjad Hospital in Ramsar in 2017. The sampling method was census and the data-gathering tool included: 1) demographic characteristics 2) satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) 3) functional social support questionnaire (FSSQ). The scores were ranged from 79 to 316. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19 with ANOVA, T-test, Pearson and regression tests.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The results indicated that the overall scores of family social support were very good (with mean and standard deviation of 256.16 &plusmn; 36.42) and life satisfaction was moderate (with&nbsp; mean and standard deviation of 21.79&plusmn;6.53). There was a significant relationship between the total social support scores of the family and life satisfaction (p= 0.002 and r=0.375). Linear regression analysis suggested that family emotional support was the predictor factor of life satisfaction.<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Based on the present research, family social support was one of the factors influencing on patient satisfaction, but it did not seem adequate because the life satisfaction was moderate despite the fact that family social support was high.
