fa بررسی شاخص های کلینیکو هماتولوژیک در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بناتر اهمیت و شیوع بدخیمی‌های خونی و تأکید بر اختلالات لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن، مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی اپیدمیولوژی و کلینیکوپاتولوژی این دسته از بدخیمی‌های خونی انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، اطلاعات موجود در پرونده بیماران با تشخیص قطعی اختلالات لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن در فواصل ۱۳۹۳-۱۳۸۸ در کلینیک انکولوژی بیمارستان امام سجاد (ع) رامسر بررسی شد. برای تعیین نوع اختلال لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن از آسپیراسیون مغز استخوان، بیوپسی و فلوسیتومتری استفاده شد. داده‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">spss </span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;نسخه ۲۰</span></span> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و تحلیل آماری انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شکایت اصلی ۱۳۴ بیمار به ترتیب شامل; لنفادنوپاتی (۴۱/۸%)، تب و عفونت (۱۷%) و ضعف و خستگی (۳/۵۷%) بود. بیشتر بیماران مبتلا به اختلال لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن مبتلا به لنفوم هوچکین (۵۵%)،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">NHL</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> (۳۵%)، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">CLL</span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(۴/۲۲%) و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">HCL </span></span><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(۱/۵%) بودند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به متفاوت بودن میزان بروز اختلالات لنفوپرولیفراتیو برحسب سن، جنس، منطقه جغرافیایی و نوع بدخیمی و با توجه به نقش ارزشمند پرستاران در برنامه‌های آموزش در سه سطح پیشگیری، درمان و توان‌بخشی و با توجه به فراوانی بیماری در مازندران، نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند با شناخت عوامل خطرساز بیماری، به پرستاران و سایر افراد گروه درمان در برنامه‌های آموزشی برای ترویج سطح آگاهی مردم در زمینه راهکارهای پیشگیری و اقدامات مناسب در موارد مشکوک کمک نماید.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Considering the importance and incidence of hematologic malignancies and emphasis on chronic lymphoproliferative disorders, the aim of this study was to evaluate the epidemiology and clinicopathology of these hematologic malignancies.<br> <strong>METHODS</strong>: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the information of&nbsp; the patients referred to Ramsar Imam Sajjad Hospital Oncology Clinic with final diagnosis of chronic lymphoproliferative was studied in 2009-2014, . To determine the type of chronic lymphoproliferative, Bone marrow aspiration , biopsy and flowcytometry were performed. Data were analyzed usin SPSS 20.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The main complaints of 134 patients was: lymphadenopathy(41.8%), fever and infection (17%), and lethargy and weakness (3.7%). Most patients with chronic lymphoproliferative disorder had Hodgkin&#39;s lymphoma (41%), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (35%), Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (22.4) and Hairy cell leukemia (1.5%).<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Considering the difference in incidence of lymphoproliferative disorders in terms of age, sex, geographical area, and type of malignancy, and considering the valuable role of nurses in educational programs in the three levels of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, and with regard to the frequency of this disease in Mazandaran, these&nbsp; results can help nurses and other people of the treatment team to familiar with the risk factors of the disease in educational programs to promote people&#39;s awareness about preventive strategies and appropriate measures in suspected cases</div> بدخیمی‌های خونی, اختلالات لنفوپرولیفراتیو مزمن.
