fa نامه به سردبیر مراقبت از پرستاران: ضرورتی برای پایداری اقتصادی نظام سلامت تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">رفاه و توانمندسازی پرستاران پیش‌شرط پایداری نظام سلامت و تقویت اقتصاد است، زیرا آنان بخش عمده بار مراقبت را در بیمارستان‌ها و جامعه بر دوش می‌کشند. در شرایطی که فشارهای اقتصادی، فرسودگی شغلی و کمبود نیروی انسانی افزایش یافته، توان پرستاران برای ارائه مراقبت ایمن و انسانی کاهش می‌یابد و پیامدهایی مانند کاهش کیفیت خدمات، خطاهای پزشکی و افزایش تمایل به مهاجرت بروز می‌کند. مهاجرت پرستاران علاوه بر تشدید کمبود، موجب از دست رفتن سرمایه تربیت نیروی متخصص می‌شود. شواهد نشان می‌دهد سرمایه‌گذاری در نیروی پرستاری باعث بهبود پیامدهای بیماران، کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش کارآمدی سیستم می‌گردد. بنابراین، حمایت واقعی از پرستاران ضرورتی اخلاقی و راهبردی است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Nurses&rsquo; well-being and empowerment are prerequisites for the sustainability of the health system and the strengthening of the economy, as they carry most of the care burden in hospitals and the community. When economic pressures, burnout, and human resource shortages increase, nurses&rsquo; ability to provide safe and humane care decreases, leading to reduced quality of services, more medical errors, and a greater tendency to migrate. Nurse migration not only worsens shortages but also leads to a loss of investment in training specialized personnel. Evidence shows that investing in the nursing workforce improves patient outcomes, reduces costs, and increases system efficiency.
