fa مروری بر تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ: با تأکید بر ویژگی‌ها و پیامدها تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه</span></span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">و هدف: </span></span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ پدیده‌هایی عمیق، چندبُعدی و اغلب تحول‌آفرین هستند که در شرایط بحرانی مانند ایست قلبی، بیهوشی یا تصادفات شدید گزارش می‌شوند. این تجربیات می‌توانند شامل خروج از بدن، مواجهه با نور، مرور زندگی و حتی تجربه‌های آزاردهنده باشند. هدف این مطالعه، مروری بر ویژگی‌ها، پیامدهای تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ بود.<b><span style="color:#000099"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش&shy;ها: </span></span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش یک مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند است. جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه‌های بین‌المللی </span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">PubMed</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">، </span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">ScienceDirect</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">، </span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Scopus</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> و موتور جست‌وجوی </span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Google Scholar</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> در بازه زمانی 2011 تا 2024 انجام شد. واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با ویژگی‌ها و پیامدهای تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ در فرآیند جست‌وجو به کار رفت. معیارهای ورود شامل مطالعات تمام متن، منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی، درباره تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ بود. معیارهای خروج شامل نامه به سردبیر، چکیده‌ مقالات و ارائه‌شده در همایش‌ها و سمینارها بودند. از میان 470 مقاله‌ی بازیابی شده، پس از غربالگری نهایی، 29 مقاله وارد تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد قراردادی انجام شد.</span><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به پدیدار شدن چهار طبقه اصلی با عناوین: ۱- ویژگی‌های پدیداری مشترک (با شش زیر طبقه خروج از بدن، عبور از تونل، مشاهده نور درخشان و آرامش‌بخش، ملاقات با موجودات روحانی یا افراد درگذشته، مرور زندگی و ادراک واقعیتی متفاوت یا آسمانی)، ۲-تجربیات آزاردهنده (با چهار زیر طبقه احساسات آزاردهنده، تاریکی و جهنم، تردید در ارزشمندی وجودی و احساس طرد شدن)، ۳- پیامدهای روان‌شناختی و معنوی (با دو زیر طبقه پیامدهای مثبت و منفی) و<br> &nbsp;۴- عوامل مؤثر در تفسیر تجربه (با چهار زیر طبقه پیش‌زمینه فرهنگی و دینی، نظام ارزشی و سطح تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی، حمایت یا بی‌اعتنایی اجتماعی، زبان و روایت‌پذیری تجربه) شد.</span><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ پدیده‌هایی جهان‌شمول اما به‌شدت مبتنی بر بافت و منطقه هستند که معنای آن‌ها نه‌فقط به محتوا، بلکه به زمینه‌های روانی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی تجربه‌گر وابسته است. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت توجه میان‌رشته‌ای و زمینه‌محور به تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ در سطوح درمانی، روان‌شناختی، معنوی و پژوهشی تأکید دارند.<b><span style="color:#000099"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Background and Objective:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Near-death experiences (NDEs) are profound, multidimensional, and often transformative phenomena that are reported in critical situations such as cardiac arrest, anesthesia, or severe accidents. These experiences may include out-of-body experiences, exposure to light, life review, and even disturbing experiences. The aim of this study was to review the characteristics and outcomes of NDEs.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Methods:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In this systematic review, articles were searched in the international databases PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and the Google Scholar search engine between 2011 and 2024. Keywords related to the characteristics and outcomes of NDEs were used in the search process. Inclusion criteria were full-text studies published in English on NDEs. Exclusion criteria included letters to the editor, abstracts of articles, and presentations at conferences and seminars. Out of 470 retrieved articles, after final screening, 29 articles were included in the analysis. The data were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis method with a conventional approach.<span style="color:#000099"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The analysis identified four main categories: 1- Common Phenomenal Features (with six subcategories: exiting the body, passing through a tunnel, seeing a bright and comforting light, meeting spiritual beings or deceased individuals, reviewing life and perceiving a different or heavenly reality); 2- Disturbing Experiences (with four subcategories: disturbing emotions, darkness and hell, doubting one&#39;s existential worth, and feeling rejected); 3- Psychological and Spiritual Consequences (with two subcategories: positive and negative consequences); and 4- Factors Influencing the Interpretation of the Experience (with four subcategories: cultural and religious background, value system and level of psychological resilience, social support or neglect, and language and narrativization of the experience).<span style="color:#000099"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">NDEs are universal but highly context- and region-specific phenomena whose meaning depends not only on the content, but also on their psychological, cultural, and social contexts of the experiencer.
