fa آیا هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند جایگزین پرستاران شود؟ دیدگاهی انتقادی درباره فناوری و مراقبت انسانی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;با گسترش روزافزون فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی در مراقبت‌های سلامت، پرسش‌هایی جدی درباره آینده حرفه پرستاری مطرح شده است. این نامه با نگاهی تحلیلی، امکان جایگزینی پرستاران با سامانه‌های هوش مصنوعی را از جنبه‌های فنی، اخلاقی، فرهنگی و انسانی بررسی می‌کند. شواهد پژوهشی نشان می‌دهند که گرچه هوش مصنوعی در بهینه‌سازی تصمیم‌گیری بالینی و آموزش پرستاری نقش فزاینده‌ای دارد، اما فاقد قابلیت‌هایی نظیر همدلی، قضاوت زمینه‌مند، و تعامل بین‌فردی مؤثر است. در نتیجه، به‌جای حذف پرستار از روند مراقبت، باید از هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان ابزار تقویت‌کننده و مکمل استفاده شود. این نامه بر ضرورت تدوین چارچوب‌های اخلاقی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های هوشمندانه برای هم‌افزایی میان انسان و فناوری در نظام سلامت تأکید دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">With the increasing use of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare, serious questions have been raised about the future of the nursing profession. This letter examines the possibility of replacing nurses with artificial intelligence systems from technical, ethical, cultural, and human perspectives. Research shows that although AI plays an increasing role in optimizing clinical decision-making and nursing education, it lacks capabilities such as empathy, contextual judgment, and effective interpersonal interaction. As a result, AI should be used as an augmentative and complementary tool rather than replacing nurses in the care process.
