fa عوامل مرتبط با بار مراقبتی در مراقبان خانواده سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن-یک مطالعه مروری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:#000099;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه</span></span></span></strong> <strong><span style="color:#000099;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و هدف: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مراقبین خانوادگی، بار مراقبتی زیادی را در هنگام مراقبت از سالمند مبتلا به بیماری مزمن متحمل می‌شوند. با توجه به اینکه بار مراقبتی تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی قرار دارد لذا این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر عوامل مرتبط با بار مراقبتی در </span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مراقبان خانواده سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#000099;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش&shy; ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است که با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Magiran</span></span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Irandoc</span></span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SID, PubMed, Google Scholar,Scopus, SienceDirect</span></span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">, بدون محدودیت زمانی با کلیدواژه‌های فارسی مراقبان، خانواده، سالمند، بار مراقبتی، بیماری مزمن و کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Caregivers, family, elderly, care burden, chronic illness</span></span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> انجام شد. در جستجوی اولیه، 65 مقاله یافت شد که پس از بررسی معیارهای ورود و خروج، درنهایت 36 مقاله بر اساس مرتبط بودن با موضوع وارد مطالعه شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#000099;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بار مراقبتی در مراقبان خانواده سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تحت تأثیر عوامل مرتبط با مراقبان (سن، جنس، وضعیت تأهل، تاب‌آوری، وضعیت سلامتی و ...)، عوامل مرتبط با بیمار (میزان وابستگی بیمار به مراقب، همراهی چندین بیماری زمینه‌ای، اختلالات شناختی، سن و ...) و عوامل مرتبط با مراقبت (مدت‌زمان مراقبت، کمک در فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی و ...) قرار دارد.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#000099;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به اینکه کاهش بار مراقبتی مراقبان باعث بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از سالمند می‌گردد لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود یافته‌های این پژوهش در تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های حمایتی، آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای برای کاهش بار مراقبتی بکار گرفته شود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Family caregivers carry a heavy care burden when caring for the elderly with a chronic illness. Due to the fact that the care burden is affected by various factors; therefore, the aim of this study was to review the factors related to the care burden in family caregivers of the elderly with chronic diseases.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This review study was conducted through searching, Irandoc, SID, PubMed, Magiran, Google Scholar, Scopus and SienceDirect without time limitation with the keywords caregivers, family, elderly, care burden and chronic illness (in English and Persian).
