سکته مغزی، مفهوم سلامت جنسی و معضلات جنسی (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sexual issues</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">) در این افراد تحت تأثیر باورهای فرهنگی نادرست قرارگرفته است. این مطالعه باهدف مروری بر تعاریف روابط جنسی، صمیمیت (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Intimacy</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">) و مشکلات جنسی و تبیین اقدامات پرستاری (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Nursing Interventions</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">) مرتبط با آن در سالمندان مبتلا به سکته مغزی انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span </span></span></b><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">برای نیل به این هدف، با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های حقوق جنسی (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sexual rights</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، صمیمیت، سلامت جنسی، عملکرد جنسی (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sexual functioning</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، رفتار جنسی (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sexual Behavior</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، مشکلات جنسی، عوامل مؤثر (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Effective factors</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، سالمند (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Older people</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، سکته مغزی</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> زمانی بین سال‌های 1930 تا 2021 مقالات موجود در این حوزه گردآوری و با توجه به هدف مطالعه، مقالات مرتبط از میان آن‌ها انتخاب و یافته‌های آن‌ها تلخیص شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> روابط جنسی سلامت‌محور در سالمندان مبتلا به سکته مغزی به یک رویکرد مثبت و احترام‌آمیز به مسائل جنسی می‌پردازد. صمیمیت در سالمندان عمدتاً</span> <span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">با رفاه جسمی، روانی و عاطفی همراه است. روابط جنسی در سالمندان بیشتر تحت تأثیر</span> <span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">عوامل روانی و اجتماعی است. به‌رغم تمامی این نکات، هنوز هم پرداختن به مشکلات جنسی در سالمندان نه‌تنها در ایران بلکه در بسیاری از کشورها به دلیل موانع فرهنگی و ساختاری در جامعه، باورها و آموزش‌های ناکافی در پرسنل پرستاری غالباً در ارزیابی پرستاری ناشناخته است </span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در همین راستا</span><span b="" mitra="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> در بررسی مشکلات جنسی در سالمندان مبتلا به سکته مغزی، فرهنگ‌سازی و ارائه مشاوره و آموزش به این گروه از سالمندان در این خصوص می‌تواند به شناخت مشکلات احتمالی، کاهش باورهای نادرست و توانمندسازی این افراد در خصوص رفع مشکلات جنسی احتمالی کمک نماید.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Background and Objective:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Despite the importance of sexual health in the elderly people with stroke, the concept of sexual health and sexual issues in these people has been influenced by cultural misconceptions. The aim of this study was to review the definitions of sexual intercourse, intimacy and sexual issues and to explain the related nursing interventions in the elderly people with stroke.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Methods:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">To do so, the articles published in this field during 1930-2021 were collected through searching in databases using the keywords including sexual rights, intimacy, sexual health, sexual functioning, sexual behavior, sexual issues, effective factors, older people and stroke and according to the purpose of the study, the related articles were selected from them as well as their findings were summarized.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Health-oriented sexual intercourse in the elderly people with stroke takes a positive and respectful approach to sexual issues. Intimacy in the elderly is mainly associated with physical, mental and emotional well-being. Sexual intercourse in the elderly is more influenced by psychological and social factors. Despite all these points, addressing sexual issues in the elderly not only in Iran but also in many countries due to cultural and structural barriers in society, inadequate beliefs and training of nursing staff is often unknown in nursing evaluation. The permission, limited information, specific suggestions and intensive therapy (PLISSIT) model is known as a sexual therapy model in this regard.<span style="color:#000099"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In order to improve the health and quality of sexual intercourse, sexual rights and quality of life of the elderly people with stroke, it is necessary for elderly nurses and sexual health professionals to pay attention to behavioral changes and sexual issues in their clinical evaluations.
