fa ارتباط خودکارآمدی جنسی با خرسندی زناشویی در زنان سالمند شهرستان گرگان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سالمندی نتیجه‌ی سیر طبیعی زمان است که منجر به تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی، روانی و اجتماعی می‌باشد. خودکارآمدی جنسی یکی از عوامل مؤثر در عملکرد جنسی و همچنین در ارتباط با خرسندی زناشویی می‌باشد. از طرفی خرسندی زناشویی باعث بهبود کیفیت زندگی و افزایش طول امید به زندگی در زنان سالمند می‌شود بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت این مسئله و مشکلات سالمندی محققین بر آن شدند تا ارتباط خودکارآمدی جنسی با خرسندی زناشویی را در زنان سالمند بررسی کنند.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#7030a0;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> همبستگی بر روی ١٢٩ نفر از زنان سالمند مرکز روزانه جهان‌دیدگان شهرستان گرگان در سال ١٣٩٧ انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک، عملکرد جنسی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">FSFI</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و خرسندی زناشویی بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 16 و روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.</span></span><span style="color:#7030a0;"><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> میزان عملکرد جنسی 9/3+ 21/8 و میزان خرسندی زناشویی 11/2+ 56/3نشان داد. آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن ارتباط معنی‌داری را نشان داد</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(0/43</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r =</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، 0/02</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). همچنین بین عملکرد جنسی با سن، تحصیلات، شغل، فشارخون، دیابت، فشارخون همسر، دیابت همسر اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. ولی بین رضایت جنسی با شغل نیز ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (0/02= </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#7030a0;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد افزایش خودکارامدی جنسی موجب افزایش خرسندی زناشویی می‌گردد؛ بنابراین جهت افزایش سطح کیفیت زندگی و خرسندی زناشویی در زنان سالمند توصیه می‌شود کلیه مراکز مشاوره‌ای و مراقبتی، برنامه‌های آموزشی و مراقبت‌های بهداشتی مربوط به سلامت جنسی سالمندان را در سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های خود قرار دهند.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#7030a0;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Elderly is the result of the natural course of time, leading to physiological, psychological and social changes. Sexual self-efficacy is one of the factors affecting sexual function and marital satisfaction. On the other hand, marital satisfaction improves the quality of life and increases the life expectancy of elderly women. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue and problems of aging, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between sexual self-efficacy and marital satisfaction in elderly women.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>METHODS<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> This correlational-descriptive study was performed on 129 elderly women of the Jahandidegan Daily Center in Gorgan in 2018. The data were collected using questionnaires of demographic characteristics, female sexual function index and marital satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS16 via descriptive and inferential statistical methods.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The sexual function was 21.8 + 19.3 and marital satisfaction was 53.3 + 11.2. Spearman correlation coefficient test showed a significant relationship (r= 0.43, p< 0.01). Moreover, there was no significant difference between sexual function with age, education, job, blood pressure, diabetes as well as spouse&#39;s blood pressure and diabetes, but there was a significant relationship between sexual satisfaction and job (P=0.02).<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> The results of the study indicated that increasing sexual self-efficacy enhanced marital satisfaction. Thus, in order to increase the quality of life and marital satisfaction in elderly women, it is recommended that all counseling and care centers consider training and health care programs related to the sexual health of the elderly in their policies and plans.</div> خودکارآمدی جنسی, خرسندی زناشویی, زنان سالمند.
