تعیین میزان اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان با همسران دارای اعتیاد

<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> افسردگی و اضطراب از جمله شایع ترین اختلالات روانی هستند. افسردگی احساس بیمارگونه از غم و اندوه است که با درجاتی از رکود واکنش ها همراه است. اضطراب نیز احساس مبهم از دلواپسی و ترس است که بر عملکردهای فرد تاثیر می گذارد. در کنار این اختلالات روانی معظل بزرگ جامعه امروز اعتیاد می باشدکه خود زمینه ساز بروز اختلالات روانی بسیاری همچون اضطراب و افسردگی می باشد و البته بر کسی پوشیده نیست که به شدت بر زندگی حال و آینده فرد وکسانی که در تماس نزدیک با او هستند تاثیر می گذارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان با همسران دارای اعتیاد می باشد.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> پژوهش توصیفی بوده که طی آن 46 زن با همسر دارای اعتیاد از طریق نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده ها شامل سه پرسشنامه بود. پرسشنامه ها شامل پرسشنامه دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه اضطراب اسپیل برگر برای سنجش اضطراب و افسردگی بک، برای سنجش افسردگی بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss </span> با نسخه 16 انجام شد.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ­ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دادکه 34/8درصد زنان با همسران دارای اعتیاد دارای اضطراب خفیف،39/2درصد دارای اضطراب متوسط و26 درصد از اضطراب شدید رنج میبرند. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان دادکه 39/1 درصد زنان با همسران دارای اعتیاد­ افسردگی درحد خفیف،3/28درصد افسردگی درحد متوسط و 23/9 درصد افسردگی درحد شدید دارند. بین اضطراب و افسردگی زنان با اعتیاد همسرانشان ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود داشت. بین اضطراب و افسردگی زنان با همسران دارای اعتیاد با وضعیت اقتصادی و همچنین با مدت زمان مصرف مواد همسران نیز ارتباط آماری معناداری یافت شد(0/05 <span dir="LTR">p<</span>).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه</span> <span dir="RTL">گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> سلامت روانی یکی از ابعاد مهم سلامت افراد جامعه می باشد و اضطراب و افسردگی به عنوان فاکتورهای سلامت روان علاوه بر مشکلاتی که برای فرد ایجاد<br>
می کنند سبب تداخل با نقش حرفه ای و مسئولیت های وی نیزمی گردند.</span> جامعه ای که به سلامت خود و آینده ی نسلهایش می اندیشد باید با بررسی و رفع عوامل زمینه ساز و ایجاد کننده مشکلات روحی و روانی که یکی از مهمترین آنها اعتیاد می باشد، در راه نیل به این هدف گامهای اساسی بردارد.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Depression and anxiety are the most prevalent mental disorders. Depression is a sick feeling of sadness and grief accompanied with some degrees of inactive reactions. Anxiety is a vague feeling of fear and anxious that affects the individuals' performance. In addition to the mental disorder, addiction which is a big problem in today's society causes many underlying mental disorders such as anxiety and depression It is obvious that the addiction strictly influences on the present and future life of the addicts and on those who have close contact with them. The aim of this study was to determine the level of anxiety and depression in wives of husbands with addiction<strong>.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods</strong>:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This descriptive study was conducted on 46 wives of husbands with addiction via sampling. Collection tools consisted of 3 questionnaires including demographic questionnaire, <em>Spielberger</em> State-Trait <em>Anxiety Inventory</em> and <em>Beck Anxiety Inventory</em><em>. </em>Data were analyzed using SPSS 16<em>.</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The results showed that on the one hand, 34.8%, 39.2% and 26% wives of husbands with addiction had low, moderate and high anxiety, respectively. On the other hand, 39.1%, 28.3% and 23.9% women with addicted husbands had low, moderate and high depression, respectively. There was a significant relationship between anxiety and depression of wives and their husbands with addiction, their economic status and the time of drug consuming (p<0/05).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CONCLUSION</strong> Mental health is one of the important aspect of public health and anxiety and depression as mental health factors not only create problems but also interfere with their professional roles and responsibilities. A society that think about individuals' health and future must investigate and eliminate the factors which cause the psychological problems. One of these factors is addiction, so the authorities should take the essential steps to achieve this goal.</p>
